Return/Exchange policy
We have a strict NO RETURN policy for products which reach undamaged and in perfect condition to the customers.
In case of damage in transit, we have a 48 working hours return policy, which means you have 48 working hours after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for a gift card/coupon.
To initiate a return/exchange for a damaged article, we demand a very clear 360 degrees covered unboxing video of our parcel when you receive it. We will not entertain any damage or other issues if customers fail to provide this video.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a gift card/coupon which can be used in your next purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 5 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all personalised products are final sale.

Refund policy
In case of a refund, we issue a gift card/coupon against the value of the products which can be used in future purchases.
Colours and Nature of jewellery
In the current digital scenario, where customers make purchases online by viewing the product’s pictures on their respective devices like mobile phones, laptops, etc, there is a chance that different devices will display different colour tones of the same picture. So, we won’t be able to initiate a return/exchange/refund in such a case.
Many of our products are handcrafted, small or minor marks will not constitute as a damage or defect.
