SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
1. We charge a flat amount of 80/- for domestic shipping irrespective of the order amount.
2. We use DTDC and Speedpost to send our couriers for domestic orders.
3. We process all domestic orders within 48 working hours. Any customizations may cause further delay.
4. Our couriers get delivered in 2-3 working days in Delhi/NCR and 5-7 working days in other locations once we dispatch the articles. However, we are not accountable for delays caused due to unforeseen weather conditions and issues at the end of courier companies.
International Shipping
We are not accepting international orders through website as of now. However, if customers wish to place an order, they can connect with us personally through call/WhatsApp on +918799999900.
1. Shipping Charges will be charged as per weight of the order.
2. Any Custom Charges are to be paid by customer.
3. We use multiple types of courier service for international shipping, whichever is convenient for the customers.
4. Delivery time is 10-15 working days with respect to the location.
5. During this unprecedented time (COVID-19) ,shipments can get delayed, but we try our best to get it delivered on time.
Taxes & Duties
The taxes and duties are included in the product price for all domestic orders(within India).
